Issue 118: Zülicke, Freddy: Chancen und Risiken von Gentechnik und Reproduktionsmedizin. September 1998

 
This volume deals with current issues of human genetic engineering (genom analysis and gene therapy) and reproductive medicine (in vitro fertilization and cloning). The author argues against a general disapproval of these techniques, and their application without limits as well. He pleads for a wide and open dialog between laypersons and experts in order to make moral assessment of different areas and aims of application of genetic engineering and reproductive medicine.
